How we use information

We use information to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
• Operate websites, portals, order bots, automation workflows, and cloud infrastructure.
• Send and receive WhatsApp Business messages on behalf of the business that owns or authorizes the WhatsApp account.
• Generate automated or AI-assisted replies when a business has enabled that feature.

Meta and WhatsApp data

When we operate a Meta or WhatsApp Business integration, we only access the data needed to provide the requested messaging, automation, onboarding, webhook, template, or customer support feature. We do not sell Meta or WhatsApp data.

Message content may be processed by infrastructure providers and AI providers only when needed to deliver the service, such as generating an order-taking response or routing a customer request.

Sharing information

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us host, secure, automate, deliver, or support the service. These may include cloud hosting providers, database providers, email providers, AI providers, analytics or logging tools, and Meta/WhatsApp platform services.
